Work is structured, precise, and dependably serious. Play is restless, curious, and constitutionally allergic to boredom. Work often says: "That needs to move five pixels to the right." while Play likes to spice things up a little by asking: "What if we animated all fifty images by tomorrow?".

We're Ivan and Zuza, co-founders of Studio Schmetterlink. We built ourselves a place where Work and Play both get a seat at the table — and we've learned when to let each one lead. The result is work that's well-crafted, considered, and genuinely made for the people it's meant for.

Turns out, the best stuff happens when neither of them wins completely.
